WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
ITEMS COVERED IN A HOME INSPECTIONThe inspector's findings will be documented for you, using plain language, in one of the most descriptive written reports available in this industry! The report includes helpful maintenance and safety tips. Our report describes the following visible items and more:
ATTENDING THE INSPECTIONWe strongly urge our clients to attend the inspection to fully benefit 100% from all the information given at the inspection. Please write down any questions you may have, and by all means ask them during the inspection as you follow the inspector around the house. At that time your questions will be answered and components can be visually observed as they are described by the inspector. This way, you will learn more about the condition of the home, how its systems work, and how to maintain it. You will also find the written report easier to understand if you've seen the property first-hand through the inspector's eyes. LENGTH OF THE INSPECTIONThe average inspection takes approximately two to three hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property. Please inform your Realtor about this length of time so they may allow sufficient time to schedule your home inspection. |
