Each of our inspectors are knowledgable, graduates of the Property Inspector's Training Institute and have training experience with our Senior Inspector. You can be confident when a Can-Am^® inspector inspects your future home.

Can-Am^® has inspected over 10,000 homes and is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the
Tri-City Chamber of Commerce.

CAN-AM® Founder

Our founder and senior inspector is an RHI (registered home inspector), has been inspecting property for 16 years and has been in the building industry for more than 30 years. He began his career by building approximately 100 projects and was awarded Performance awards by the 5 Year New Home Warranty Program of B.C. His training includes being a graduate of BCIT's Venture Program, and a participant in education seminars set by high industry standards. He is certified and insured!
He is also a full member of CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)

CAN-AM^® HOME INSPECTION SERVICES, INC. was incorporated in 1989, and is a privately owned and operated business with head office in the Vancouver Area.
